Vegan Cheddar Cheese

Ingredientes
  • 3 small potato (350 gr)
  • 1 small carrot (135 gr)
  • ⅓ cup olive oil (70 gr)
  • ½ cup water (125 ml)
  • 1 spoonful lemon juice
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast (35 gr)
  • ½ teaspoonful garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoonful onion powder
  • 1 teaspoonful salt
Instrucciones
  1. In a cooking pot, place the potatoes and the carrot diced for 20 minutes until they are cooked.
  2. Drain the vegetables and add the rest of the ingredients, mix them with a blender so you get a smooth sauce similar to melted cheese.
